This notice describes how we process the personal data of users who visit the website residenceilvillaggio.com and who send requests through the contact forms, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect
We only process the data you voluntarily provide when filling in the quote request form or contacting us:
- Identification and contact data: full name, email; your phone number only if you call us or message us on WhatsApp.
- Stay details: arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, apartment type, any message.
- Browsing data: in aggregate form and, with your consent, through analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy).

4. Methods and tools
Requests sent through the quote form reach us by email and are stored in the website's archive, which only we can access, so that we can handle them. You receive a copy of your request at the email address you provide. If you choose the WhatsApp button, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Please do not include special categories of data (health, etc.) in the message field. Processing is carried out with IT tools and appropriate security measures.
5. Retention
Contact data, including requests stored in the website's archive, are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 12 months, unless the law requires otherwise for a booked stay; anonymised statistical data according to the Google Analytics settings. After these periods the data are deleted.
6. Disclosure to third parties
Data are not disclosed publicly. They may be processed, as external processors, by the website's technical service providers (Aruba S.p.A. for hosting and email) and by the tools mentioned (Meta/WhatsApp; Google for Analytics, Maps and reCAPTCHA). Data may be transferred outside the EU within the limits and with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise the rights provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@residenceilvillaggio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

The quote request form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which tells people apart from automated programs that send spam. To do so it collects some technical information (for example IP address, device and how the page is used) and may use its own cookies.
