Where is the residence and how far is it from the sea?
We’re at Via Umberto Giordano 3 in Bellaria Igea Marina (Rimini), in a quiet, green residential area. The beach is 800 metres away: four minutes on the residence’s bikes or a quarter of an hour on foot.
Is the pool included in the price?
Yes. The pool with sun terrace, loungers and umbrellas is available to all guests at no extra cost.
How many people can sleep in the apartments?
From 2 to 5 people depending on the type: Type A studio (2), Type B one-bedroom apartment (4), Type C two-bedroom apartment (5) and Type D one-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms (5).
Is there parking for my car?
Yes, private inner parking reserved for guests — a rare advantage in seaside resorts.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, air conditioning is available in all apartments as an optional extra on request.
Is final cleaning included?
The apartment should be left clean. If you’d rather not worry about it, we can do the final cleaning for you: it costs 50 to 70 € depending on the type. The kitchenette must be left clean in any case.
